Built in to the DT22 are two high-quality AM / FM tuners. Additionally, the DT22 features inputs for the quick and easy connection of two Sirius Satellite Radio Modules. Dedicated outputs for the AM / FM tuners plus two dedicated Sirius outputs means that your clients can listen to up to four different streams of radio throughout their home from a single DT22. If they want even more, two DT22s can be linked for up to eight independent audio outputs.

The DT22 has a front panel IR receiver and comes with a full function handheld remote. There are also rear panel control ports for IR, serial and Ethernet control. In an ELAN multi-room system, 2-way feedback, including station call letters, frequency, genre, song name and artist, can be viewed on any ELAN Touch Panel, Touch Screen or TS2L Touchpad.* The DT22 also decodes and displays data from the Radio Broadcast Data System (RBDS) in the US, enhancing the user experience even further.

Setup of the DT22 is easy and intuitive through front panel buttons and a graphical LCD. Installers are guided through the setup process for everything, including Network and Ethernet settings. There’s even a diagnostics screen that provides AM/FM signal strength and Sirius signal detection status. Users can easily program their own favorite station presets as they too, are guided through this process for each tuner.

The EL-IPD-MTX-8CH Multi Zone Audio Matrix amplifier can be used in a stand-alone configuration or with other amplifiers and pre-amps within the ELAN IP audio distribution family of products by adding the optional Dante™ Audio Networking Card.

The EL-IPD-8CH-MTX amplifier can be used in stand alone mode to support up to 13 input sources (4 digital, 8 mono / 4 stereo analog RCA and 1 stereo 3.5mm typically used as the doorbell input from an ELAN System Controller). Each RCA analog input can be configured with another as a L/R pair or individually as mono. 8 speaker channels are available (up to 4 stereo zones or 8 mono zones). 4 line level outputs can be configured as up to 4 mono or 2 stereo output zones or as sub-woofer out. Each can be configured as left, right, mono, or sub out.

Adding the optional Dante™ Audio Networking card connects sources to and from other Dante™ enabled ELAN IP amplifiers using existing networks.
